Mosport Big Track Lapping Friday Aug 26th: $215

With the generous support of Sailun Tire, we have seven slots left open for lapping this Friday August 26th at Mosport International Raceway.


This event is hosted by SPDA-online.ca under ASN Lapping Rules and CASC-OR GCR's. MIR is a special place, and we want to keep you safe. That means no trucks or SUV's and that convertibles have to have ASN legal roll bars and you need a Snell Class M2000 or better helmet (DOT alone is not adequate.) We have a vehicle preparation sheet for you to get your car ready for the heat and G forces of the track.

If you have never been to the Big Track before, we'll provide you an instructor for the day for an extra $100, but please let us know in advance. This instructor will be a CASC-OR licensed professional and will be with you throughout the day to help keep you safe, and improve your technique for all tracks. That is an incredible price for such experienced instruction and lots of track time at Mosport!

We're expecting some fantastic weather, and a relaxed atmosphere throughout the day. We'll start with three run groups, with Advanced and Expert groups capped at 20 paid participants each to give you tons of room on the track. Here's the good news... you don't have to do any work!

If you'd like to try something a little different, SPDA is also hosting the Time Attack National Championship on Saturday and Sunday. Practice your lines all morning, and then throw down some fast timed laps in the afternoon. We have spaces available, and you can do all three days at the track for just $495 if you register right away!

On Sunday, Tuners Against Street Racing will also be on site offering rides in exchange for donations to Big Brothers and Sisters. There's a full show and Shine scheduled with over 200 cars expected in competition! Don't miss this hot scenery!
