Solosprint Events # 3 and 4 at Shannonville

The third and fourth events in the solosprint series are coming up this weekend. Anybody else planning on going? If you're getting bored of lapping, this is a way to kick things up a notch for a pretty affordable price ($140/day)

I was considering it since seat time at our Solo II events is at a premium currently with high turnout numbers and all, but even at the low price of $140.00 by the time I rent the trailer and haul the car down and lack of a proper track tire it's a bit out of the current budget, maybe next year.... Plus the wife would have a fit, too much to do around the house this weekend......

It was a great event! HADA did a great job with the organizing and the weather co-operated.

There were three of us there from MCO ... Brad, Jay, and myself. On Saturday Brad had FTD and he was in the top few competitors overall. I managed second both days, although there were only two people in my class on Saturday

I'm pretty happy with my car. I made quite a few mods over the winter and the car now has mucho grip. I still have a long ways to go in learning how to use it, but I managed to knock four seconds off my time on Pro track when many guys were going slower than they did before. I'm looking forward to see how everything works out for the next event at Mosport.
