MLRC - 2016 Black Bear Rally

Postby derekvincent » 2016.07.13 10:35:24 AM

We are pleased to present the 2016 Black Bear Rally. This years event has moved to August 6th and 7th in Gilmour, Ontario. The schedule is similar to last year with with registration/recce/bbq on the Saturday and a full day of racing on the Sunday.

The route has changed this year as we are not using the Peanut stage (first time in about 6 years) but have managed to maintain 100+km of stage on lower section of Egan Creek complex (Mayo Lake, Qwirk, and Birch Lake).

Registration is now opened and the Supplemental Regulations have been posted on the Black Bear Website https://mlrc.ca/blackbear.

Like all of our great events we require workers to help out. If you have not already registered please contact Tyler Letofsky @ [email protected] to register. If you have not worked an event before do not worry we would love to have you.

Also due to this years route configuration their will be no official spectating areas so might as well sign up to work!

Derek

Thirteen cars have entered Black Bear, with the farthest away being Andrew Comrie-Picard of California.

There's still time to enter. The rally takes place on August 6 and 7. Check it out on the MLRC website and Facebook page.
