First Test & Tune of the Season!!!!

FINALLY! The snow is melting, and our friends at St LAC are having the first Test & Tune of the year at Picton air field, only 2 hours and a bit away. It's coming up quick, on April 24th. Who's going to start their season ASAP?

I thought the first car on track was at 10am. Picton is about 3-3.5 hours right?

Just cash, normally $25, might be a bit more. $40 and you're covered.

2.5 hours from Bankfield normally. If we leave at 7:15 we're plenty good. You don't want to be too early, they're always late to get started.

Sounds fun - it's been a REAL rough week here - the Miata is still in storage - I haven't had a chance to do anything.

The Golf's turbo is still acting up... so I'll be passing this weekend.

A big thanks to Al, Sergio and the rest of the St. Lac crew for a great test and tune day. It was nice seeing everybody there and dragging, drifting and taking out some cones on course too.

- Greg's new black Vette looks and sounds fantastic - congrats.
- Pat set the course, and bits of his trunk, on fire.
- Phil has a nice white wrap on his boosted Miata.
- CTC Phillippe *gently* broke in some new streets the right way - on super abrasive WW2 era asphalt.
- my new coilovers passed the high speed test with flying colours. I did manage to cord an R888 in the process though.

Hoping to make the next one.
