I wish you all the best of luck. Once again I miss this HUGE event this year. I'll be racing on my feet at the Ottawa Marathon, so I need to make sacrifices.

Good luck and bring all the winnings & Glory back to MCO!

I think there may be a room or two left at the Sportsman if anyone is looking for accommodation.

You'll find all of it's full of coneheads working hard at performing full liver & kidney fluid replacements to ensure we're in top shape for the weekend. :chug:

Do we have to play in advance for this or can we just show up with cash?

Here's an additional little tidbit...

Competitors and Volunteers that show up for the SPDA Day, May 28th, will be eligible for a draw of Petro 94 discount cards, good for 20 cents / litre off your purchase of 94 Octane. Considering today's gas prices, 20 cents will make a big difference!!!

This is courtesy of the newly acquired Petro 94 Sponsorship through SPDA.

We'll draw the 10 discount cards at the dinner mingler!!!

Huge thanks to Petro Canada and Ultra 94!!!!

Anyone here coming to the Dinner on Saturday night? See the list from the CASC-OR site below, looks like we'll be closing the restaurant down. Food is subsidized by Toyo Tires, kids are free, and you pay for your own boooooooooooze.

Quite a crowd building up. Lapping at Shanonville on Friday, 2 days of competition, dinner mingler on Saturday, Ultra 94 Draws for attendees of Day 1, and Lapping again on Monday. Holy Moly Festival of Speed!!!

Anyone have any extra MCO stickers they can bring? I have some magnet sheets - we could make some mco magnets.

Thanks for doing that. Looks like the dinner portion is going to be a sell out. I've only reserved for 70 people, and most of the people listed have significant others attending.. Regardless, it'll be a blast!!! Add to that the amount of locals attending, it's going to be crazy.

This year, we'll have 2 shuttles simultaneously taking people to their marshaling stations and back. Hopefully making the changeovers a bit quicker, couple that with fixed assignments, it should flow smoother, even if we have over 100 cars running.

We're up to 23 MCOers indicating they're going! I think this is even better than last year's turn out.

I'm in with Dave(yellow NA Miata)

Anyone know of any cheap hotels in the area to stay in?
When is everyone leaving ottawa? and from where? Do we want to convoy there?

I've got tires so I'll be there regardless of weather on Sunday. I believe Mr. Fong will be joining us.

Last couple years the convoy has left Bankfield park and ride at ~6:00. I say meet there for 5:45 if you're going to convoy, leave right at 6. About 2.5 hour drive, puts us there at about 8:30.

Actually that's cutting things tight. If the drivers meeting is a 8:30, better to leave nice and early ot have spare time. I say 5am to give wiggle room for the inevitable foul ups....

Damn that's early!
