If you are a member, it was an oversight. Otherwise, it mentions in the OP that you needed to be a member to be on the list.

Correct. I wen't through the lists from last year and collected all the car numbers that were listed as members. It's possible some were not indicated correctly. What's important is that you are a current member in order to get a number at this stage, so don't forget to register if you haven't already (I just paid yesterday).
The list will open up to non-members after the Open House.
