They are a little slow with posting the results. Do they need help getting it sorted out? Perhaps someone with epic computer skills? ;)

It's just 2 or 3 clicks of the mouse. I'm sure it's just a matter of the guy, booting the laptop up when he has time. ;)

Do the results only show club members or everyone who was at the event?

It's not just posting the files, he does a short write-up along with the results as well.

I'm sittin' tight! :chug:

There's more to it then that; for example the data must be massaged to remove participants' last names and replace with an initial, which can be time consuming if you don't have a macro setup. Other columns are removed or consolidated. We've been spoiled for a couple of years and it has set an expectation. Pete, we know life happens and you're doing a great job, keep it up

Yeah I use to just hit a button, I set everything up with macros on the club laptop when I did it. But who knows maybe all of those got deleted.

But life happens for sure!

A great opportunity put out the call for anyone interested in taking the lead for course selection and course map printing!

As you know, this is a 100% volunteer run series, which means that its success and continuity depends on individuals stepping up to take responsibility for certain tasks.

There is no shortage of things to be done, both between events and during events, so if you want to help with course selection or with anything else, please contact me or Alf and we'll help you find a job that fits with the time you available.

Those apreciation gifts to involved volunteers are well deserved. Organizing these events is a lot of work but at least the cooperation of the participants makes it much easier.

Thanks,

Gilles

Was great to see you and everyone from CADL and Delta again. Thank you Gilles for being our special guest on the Novice Course walk, it was much appreciated! And thanks very much for giving me your free CTC tire mount coupon, I've already used it. I guess that's my volunteer appreciation gift. ;)
Great day!
