Buy a cheap universal exhaust hanger from CTC and cut the conveyor belt type rubber off the brackets. Its about 2 inches long, about an inch wide and is plenty thick and quite heat resistant. Cost about 2 bucks.
Or take it to a shop with a big ass torch and have them heat the pipe up a bit and bend it away from the hitch so it is fixed properly once and for all!
