ASE Lapping days for 2010.

Just a quick note to inform the track junkies that ASE Lapping will host 3 dates in 2010.

June 24th at Mosport Grand Prix track
July 14th at CMP, long circuit.
October 11th , Mosport GP track.

We are offering a special deal for those who sign up before February 28th at $275 tax in for any one of those days.
After that the price goes to $350.
As a bonus, the will be a free track day drawn as a door prize at each event( to be used at a future track day).

We are only accepting experienced lappers ( hey , its still early enough to sign up for a spring driving school and get the experience you need) and are running 2 sessions, every 30 minutes.
We guarantee 3.5 hours of track time minimum and the supervion is handled by the AISA academy staff.

What qualifies as experienced lappers?

I did three full days at Calabogie, and a half day at Shannonville... is that enough?

Yes it is.

We are trying to discourage first timers from showing up at a big track day ( without formal training). It makes for a safer day and more streamline lapping sessions.

Naresh,

Again , with your autocross experience and 8 hours of SMp track time, you are not a noob, but to truly appreciate the track time offered to you at either of these tracks, a formal drive school goes a long way.

What we are trying to do is eliminate the formal training at the lapping days. We are always around for pointers, showing the proper line etc, but we want to avoid basic training.
