one of the reasons for karelo is it makes registration go a lot faster however if you have an issue somehow we can take your cash in the morning.

30 cars now and on its way up. Going to be a bit of a popular day methinks. Lots of vettes too.

I just need to swap the hawk Blacks on the car and fill it with gas and I'm ready.

Methinks this will be the last outing for the RS2's.

Changed the oil, dropped the filter in the oil pan, splashed relatively hot oil onto myself. Good start! Was doing a general inspection under that car and forehead got to close to exhaust manifold, nice red mark. Its ok looks sexy like Gorbachev. One of those nights. However, the car looks good to go for monday.

We’re at 33 registered so far. We need 38-40 to breakeven... which we need to do if the MCO Exec are going to let us keep organizing Lapping days... so if you’re on the fence, step-up to support the club and register!

-It's a holiday Monday.
-The weather is going to be great.
-Track time? How about 1.5hrs before lunch, 2hrs in the afternoon...

Registration closes tonight at 11:45PM.

Wish I could, even just for the sake of supporting this for the club... Just not possible for me this time.

Will Club helmets be available at the track for those wanting ride-alongs?

I signed up earlier today. Need to know where to pick up an SA helmet locally, and would love access to a lift. It will be my first track event in a few years, and only my second look at Calabogie. I finally moved up from the States last month. I was going to drive down and tow up my old SCCA racecar (and safety equip) this weekend, but plan just fell through due to tow vehicle issue. Have usable street car here, but could really use access to a lift, pressure brake bleeder and air tools to whip it into shape. Any suggestions? Eric (613)686-1245

If we all waited for hoists to get out cars ready, the crickets would be running CMP!

Try Robson Racing 613-798-4668 or Kenyon Racing 613-258-5345 for the SA bucket. Otherwise go for an M rated at any motorcycle shop. We will have M rated loaners available for$5-$10 for the day.

Call Canadian Tire Carling about getting your car ready. They’re a racer friendly shop. 613-725-3111. Ken at Main Street Auto, 613-489-0948 is also very good. Don’t forget your tech form!

Karelo shows the registration is closed for this event.

Is there still room? Last I read, we weren't even at minimum.

Thanks, I met Ralph and Phil, and they were both great! In this case, I'm sure glad we got it up in the air. Now all I have to do is track down some hard-to-find parts ... on a Sunday. One way or another, see you on Monday :drivin:

Just got back from Mosport and got the lists. Wow. Great group of people and some serious iron. We will have 10 instructors for newbies and the advanced class looks really good.

I'l be bringing a spare helmet for someone. Please try and borrow a helmet, SA or M (motorcycle) will be fine. We're trying to get someone to get our helmets from the MCO trailer for tomorrow.

As Chuck says, we're not full so we can do walkups although it slows down registration. Please get there early. This is our last one of the year.

I will be there taking lots of photos again - rented a lens just for the track. Should be a great day and hopefully I will be able to go for a ride or two while at it.
